We all have moments where our inner wolf takes over and we lose ourselves and become addicted. There are many shades of addiction: alcohol, gambling, and shopping to name a few. You should definitely educate yourself as much as you can and do your own homework before you get started on a program. Another very important part is to keep reflecting on how you feel throughout the cleanse, and adjust what you’re doing accordingly.
