Summary of previous workshops: sankhya is the oldest darshana.
Yoga is samadhi; Seven limbs together make the 8th limb – samadhi. Yama (dos) & Niyama (do not’s) are very important.

Yoga Sutra Workshop Wed, 6/4 led by A.G. and Indra Mohan

The program will be taught by A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan, who will be visiting from Chennai, India.
A.G. Mohan studied under Sri T. Krishnamacharya for 18 years and co-founded the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in 1976. He is the author of Yoga for Body, Breath and Mind (1993) and the co-author, along with his wife and son, of Yoga Therapy (2004). He has translated the Yoga Yajnavalkya, one of the most important classical texts on yoga. I attnded Wednesday 6/2/10: 6-9 pm
