Don’t underestimate what you can do in an average year! Set your goals high! I know, right now, you may be saying, “Wait until you have kids,” or “I am not good enough.” STOP! This is your fear talking. Welcome it and let it go. Take some time to go through all the points of this exercise, and you’ll thank yourself later.

I rebounded. I started taking more yoga classes, reading the mind-opening books. Somewhere along the lines, I realized, there is no right or wrong. I don’t have to get married or subscribe to anything I don’t agree with because the society, family, friends or TV said so. I stopped drinking and finally quit smoking. I stopped looking for a mate to solve my issues. There was no pressure. I was done with marriages for good.
