Don’t get me wrong, the body has a robust mechanism for cleansing and digesting. It’s just that, as I mentioned, we tend to overload ourselves with toxic air, food, products and thoughts. So if you haven’t done so, I would recommend an easy cleanse. Please consult your doctor if you have any health issues. You should definitely educate yourself as much as you can and do your own homework before you get started on a program. Another very important part is to keep reflecting on how you feel throughout the cleanse, and adjust what you’re doing accordingly.
